Although raw subscriber numbers aren’t quite the yardstick of streaming success that they used to be, they’re still useful for gauging the relative success of platforms. Subscriber data for streaming services can give audiences and analysts an easy way to measure a streamer’s popularity, and big changes from quarter to quarter can portend either success or failure ahead for a given service. Unfortunately, as of 2026, so few streaming services offer regular public updates on their subscriber numbers, leaving analysts to assemble the data as best we can. With that in mind, The Streamable has put together the subscription totals of every major streaming service in the United States, as well as their key revenue statistics. WBD also doesn’t give details on which subscribers are where in the world, nor does Paramount+. Paramount has begun merging all of its entertainment streaming numbers onto a single platform, consolidating its numbers. Neither Apple TV nor Prime Video reveals subscriber totals for their streaming services publicly on a regular basis. Apple has never given this information, and Prime Video last unveiled its subscriber total of 200 million in 2024, but those totals include every Amazon Prime subscriber, whether they use Prime Video or not, since the streamer is included as a benefit.
